Any contract cancelled within 24 hours of departure will pay 50% of estimated costs. Any contract cancelled within 12 hours of departure time may be charged full amount of estimated costs. I would prefer to be paid in cash especially from new clients. However it may be acceptable to pay by cheque accompanied by card. Payments must be made prior to departure. Whilst every precaution is taken I do recommend that horses travel in their own boots/bandages and are used to wearing them. The price quoted includes time to load and any necessary stops either due to Tachograph regulations or horses/human breaks. Please inform me if the horse is a bad loader/traveller or has not loaded into a horse box before so I can allow sufficient time. Also if very big or small. If you agree to all the above please send "e" mail or better still text to 07932 163577 saying you agree to terms please include the price agreed and contact numbers.
